General questions on using ATMS@net

1. What is ATMS@net?
It's an online portal to view automated monitoring results.

2. How do I create an account?
You must have an active Automated Monitoring project with us. For account opening, we'll email you a form to fill out with the required details. Alternatively, you can download the form here.

3. What if I lose my password?
Click on Lost Password. You'll be prompt for the email and username that you've chosen to create the account. Please enter them and click on the submit button. Your password will be sent to the email address provided once verified.

4. What if I can't remember my username?
Send an to the webmaster requesting for account re-set. Please allow for up to 2 working days to re-set the account. Provide details of the project in the email for verification purposes. Do note that each reset of an account will incur SGD$100 administrative charge.

5. Why can't I access my account?
Check that your username and password is entered correctly. Both usernames and passwords are not case sensitive. Do take note that the account will be locked out after 3 invalid tries. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it here.

6. Password Changes?
Choose your password carefully. Once confirmed during registration, each password change request thereafter will incur SGD$100 administrative charge.

7. How do I use ATMS@net?
Go to ATMS@net. Enter your login-name and your password to access the project(s) you have with us.
